The estimator made my mother feel very uncomfortable and would not take no for an answer. He only left after my mother called me. I told him to stop the high pressure sales tactics and I had to escalate that I would come over to remove him from the property. I talked to the general manager that this estimator had a trainee with him and appeared to want to show ‘how to close a sale’ my intimidating a senior.

Professional every step of the way from estimate to work completion. Any hiccups that arose from installing a new single family room or subsequent cleaning were promptly addressed. They were upfront about possible additional charges due to water-damaged wood and the prices very reasonable. I received multiple quotes on the same Presidential TL shingles and gutter replacements and their quote was in-line with others. However, the company reps, workers, bid, and paperwork all seemed more professional and very pleased with the results. My neighbors replaced their roof with the same company weeks later.

I really like the reroofing North Creek Reroofing performed. They started on time, kept me informed on their progress, and even replaced some exterior wood that had dry rot. I would use them again.
