They do good work but rather pricey compared to other independent repair shops. They burned me so I've quit giving them my business. Had my car towed in because of failed fuel pump. They said I could bring my own part in so I purchased a 250.00 brand name unit guaranteed to fit. I got a call later and was told the mechanic wouldn't install my supplied pump with no further explanation...I was stuck because I had it towed in...so I HAD to approve the repair with their supplied part - $475.00 for the part only (plus labor). Sorry, I don't play that game and am going elsewhere.

We have used Lioe's for years and they have taken good care of our cars. While they have become more expensive in the last few years, I chalk it up to labor costs and overhead like everywhere else. Mostly, they are fast and dependable if not personable, and it's great to have your car back quickly when they say it will be done. I believe the prices are likely fair, though I haven't shopped around.

Kenny does the service I request and any additional jobs required, after informing me of the problem. He also tells me what setvices may be needed in the future. The work is finished when promised. Everyone the office is friendly and pleasant. Prices are reasonable.
