After having a water backup in our sewer line, we called a number of plumbers to get quotes on the repair. Bob Oates provided the best options in terms of investigating to find root cause and in mapping solutions based on their findings. They worked to give the best pricing and did a good job in ultimately redoing the entire line. They also provided solution in a timely manner, and were impressive in fitting in such a big job in the midst of their already packed schedule, so we could have full use of the line in a timely manner.

Bob Oates gave me the best price of three estimates on relining my old sewer line. Bob Oates used the Nu-Flow system, which requires less digging. (O'Neill plumbers, to their credit, honestly told me that Bob Oates would beat O'Neill's price, for my particular situation.)

I had them come to replace 3 hose bibs outside my house. The plumber seemed very young/inexperienced and I think used the wrong kind of valve/faucet or whatever it is called because the pressure coming out is now way too high, and that was not previously a problem. I had them send out a different person to fix this problem. While pleasant, he was not helpful. I think he had already decided that hecwas just humoring me and had a zero intention of fixing previous work. He said that I need to lower the water pressure for the entire house (even though I'm having no other issues and only had this one AFTER they installed the wrong parts). Then he tried to sell me on $1000 for them to install a pressure relief valve. It was such BS - even if I do need a pressure relief valve, I'm certainly not going to give THEM anymore of my $$$.
