They came out right away to look at a potential sewer problem. The first guy was very helpful and informative about best strategies to figure out what was going on, and about the costs of different approaches. He wanted a coworker to look at what would be involved if they had to dig it out, and that guy came out the next business day. This one was so helpful he figured out I did not actually have a sewer problem! So there was no job for them but they were super nice about it and gave me better ideas about how to proceed.

Broken sewer line near the street. The two workers that showed up always let me know when they were on their way- using my email address, The work took quite a while but, I was always told the progress and when I could expect it done. The work was great. My yard looks great considering a small backhoe was in the yard for more than three weeks. The clean up was terrific. I would hire the company again.

After having a water backup in our sewer line, we called a number of plumbers to get quotes on the repair. Bob Oates provided the best options in terms of investigating to find root cause and in mapping solutions based on their findings. They worked to give the best pricing and did a good job in ultimately redoing the entire line. They also provided solution in a timely manner, and were impressive in fitting in such a big job in the midst of their already packed schedule, so we could have full use of the line in a timely manner.
