They did not look after the property they managed for me. The city issued code violations, and the repairs made were shoddy and will need to be redone. I found 4 old, broken appliances (stoves, driers, freezer) in basement, that cost me over $700 to remove.

The worst. Didn't check up on renters. Did not know that renters had broken a window, trashed window screens, left the place in a mess, and did not return renters deposit until we went there the day that they moved out. Never did get the deposit back. What kind of "management" was that?
