As a tenant, they are generally communicative and helpful. They do sometimes fall down on maintenance requests, however, and I think that their maintenance department is overworked. Non-emergency repairs can take quite a while at times (up to a month for a very slow drain on one occasion), and other times they are prompt. Emergency repair requests (leaking roof, black water backing up) have always been dealt with very quickly. Not perfect, but certainly good enough.
