Three days after taking car in for an oil change at one of the drive through places, oil filter fell off car late one Friday morning. Had car towed to Chuck's, where the problem was fixed, new oil installed, and engine cleaned of spattered oil. All done by 4 PM that afternoon. Oh, and they contacted the oil change place and let them know what they'd found, how the mistake had cost their customer many dollars, and it probably would be in their better interest to 'make it right (which they did, to their credit). Chuck's went above and beyond, for which we thank them.

Price is high. I brought my car in for oil change at 9am, they suggested to have a few other maintenances, but the costs are quite high. They kept my car over night because they said the tires needed to be ordered and will not come until the next morning. Yet they didn’t finish the job until 6pm the next day.
