Perhaps we got lucky with the tech person, but the $100 was well worth the cost, (when I had little hope it would be). He diagnosed two problems, neither of which I had considered, and it solved the problem. He also was generous to answer some other computer questions.

Hours on the phone, two days in the shop, more time on the phone, Geek Squad came to house and find the computer/wifi in less than 20 minutes unlike Xfinity, HP, and computer shop.
