I was very impressed starting with the saleman who was well organized and presented us with a printout with all questions and answers I would have asked. The crew arrived on time and worked non-stop. The salesman stopped by at starting time and again before they were done to make sure everything was going smoothly. They were the only company out of 6 others we talked to that didn't require any payment until after the job was done! I was in customer service for 38 years and was very impressed with this company. Highly recommend.

Our roof was leaking badly around a skylight. I called and there was a quick response. A worker came out and pumped a sealant into the roof to try to prevent more leakage. He said that the evaluator would be out soon to give me an estimate on replacing the roof. It was during a prolonged spell of rain. The leaking didn't stop. After a couple of weeks I called the office. The person who answered had clearly never heard of me and had no information. He said he would investigate and get right back to me. Nothing, even after the rainy spell ended.

Their price was good. They provided us with information and large samples, to help us decide on a roof color. They showed up on time, with a large crew; so they finished in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job. We found a small problem under an eave a month later; but they returned promptly and fixed it (no charge). I appreciated that good followup. We have a nice looking new roof now.
