Most recent experiences were a simple, quick battery replacement and a sensible fix to some rodent damage: Re the latter: we went to Young's after our Prius dealer (with whom we have a maintenance contract) said we needed a wildly expensive remediation of a problem that should've been a minor expense. Young's handled it effortlessly (The dealer was afraid of Hantavirus from rodents chewing our air input system, a real thing, just not one that our car was exposed to.) Bravo for Young's common sense.

They do very quick, thorough, and inexpensive work, and have worked on my Toyota Prius C, my Toyota Tacoma, and my wife's Subaru. Messy shop, very good work!
