Quoted a price on the phone of $99.00 for inspection and $99.00 for sweep. They were supposed to sweep from top down. Did not do this. After the quick inspection (?), I asked the tech how much for the sweep. He said $99.00. When he was finished he handed me a bill for $398.00. When I balked he said they would never clean for $99.00. Knocked the wire off the chimney cap and showed me a pic of where the chimney should be caulked. On the roof, of course. Had a handyman do the repairs. BTW, the pipe was pretty clean.
