Had Mr. Mills service my dryer which was not working; he quickly assessed the problem and fixed the dryer. I was able to get a quick appointment as well. Highly recommend this company for honest superior service

We had purchased a Sears protection agreement when we bought our washing machine from them. The drain motor pump failed when the protection period was still in effect. A Sears technician replaced the pump at no cost to us--other than the cost of the protection agreement. When the new pump became noisy shortly after it was installed, a second Sears technician came and installed a second replacement pump at no cost--other than the cost of the protection agreement. However, the problem continued. Although the protection period was still in effect, we decided not to use Sears again but to pay for a competent repair. We called Master Appliance Service and were not disappointed--Paul was excellent in all regards.

On June 9, 2022, Mr Mills of Master Appliance Service, visited my home to consult regarding an 11 year old Sears dishwasher, made by Bosch, which would not start reliably. He found insufficient evidence to narrow down a diagnosis, but he did give me an estimate for the least expensive possible fix, which was more than I wanted to spend, and instead shared with me a work-around procedure which enabled the unit to start and run. That work-around procedure has continued to work perfectly for 9 months! His total fee to me was the initially agreed upon charge to come out and inspect the problem. His honesty and gift of useful and money-saving information, I feel, were truly outstanding and are too often unusual these days. Very well done, Mr Mills.
