Since this is the only choice for disposal service in my area, they can charge whatever prices they want and there is no competition. Most of the time, the service is OK but missed pickups are not credited to my account. Instead, I'm told to leave out extra on the next pick up day. Not acceptable--why do I want to store smelly garbage or bag up recyclables or yard waste when they fail to do their jobs?? Not good customer service but there is no other curbside pickup choice.
