Large display of appliances, faucets, etc. While prices are competitive, customer service needs improvement. Often, calls are not returned (or returned late along with a feeble excuse)

They have subcontractor installing a $7000 stove and there was no communication between Ferguson's and the installer. Finally resolved with manufacturer who called in Appliance Builders Warehouse to resolve issues.

Needed an unpopular, out of fashion kitchen faucet that was not available at local home improvement/hardware stores. Most of the products they sell are not available in the showroom, but are in their huge on-line catalog. Showroom rep went through options with me and helped me select exactly what I was looking for. Item was in the warehouse and delivered within 48 hrs. at no cost. Very friendly and helpful service. Don't be put off by the showroom where they display their most expensive items. I bought something from the catalog that cost only 25% of the cheapest item I saw in the showroom and it was exactly what I wanted at a fair price.
