I was there and thought they had a nice selection of high end applicances. However, not many low end appliances on display but there were still available to sell to me.

Our problems with Ferguson started with our first contact with Eric Bisselle, Showroom CSR. I left a detailed list of the appliances which I wanted. A week later I sent a request for the information on availability and pricing. A week later I send a second request for availability and pricing. In short, it took 2.5 weeks to get information that should have been readily available. Since two of the three items requested would not be available for six months, I requested substitute items that would be available sooner rather than later. He was no help in selecting them. It was another three days before he was able to provide the availability and pricing. It took over three weeks to place the order for three standard everyday kitchen appliances due to a CSR who did not respond to the customer unless told to by his management. The GE dishwasher came in non-working condition. The installer identified the problem and notified Ferguson. I asked for a new machine. I did not want to pay full price for a machine that needed repairs before it could be used. After several attempts by GE Service to fix it, Ferguson has agreed to refund the purchase price upon the return of the machine. The contractor who installed the dishwasher will removed the broken one and install a new one that I have purchased through another dealer.
