Was able to get someone to come out to my house and measure for fitting a refrigerator. this was very valuable.

We knew getting up our stairwell, due to the turn, would be difficult and discussed in advance with the salesperson. He said the delivery person would take off our banister for us. Not true. They watched as we struggled to unscrew the many screws and get it off. They needed help with turning off the water to the icemaker. They took the plastic off the fridge and both doors were dented, so I arranged for a 10 percent credit via phone, but to replace the doors I was on my own with the manufacturer, Samsung. I asked for assurance they could get it up the stairway and they assured me they measured and could. I emptied the old fridge. They bashed the hallway and could not get it up the stairs. I think we spent two hours sweating together without success. We went to Sears that night and bought a smaller one delivered with no problems and no dents.

This is a perfectly adequate appliance store but every once in a while they do something that keeps me coming back. Last year, I dropped my GPS, ruining the display. I had bought an extended warrantee, but not one that covered user accidents. While I was pondering what to do next, the sales clerk offered to check with her supervisor. She came back and they had decided to honor the warranty by replacing the GPS, only asking me to buy another warranty for around $40. So I got a new GPS at a very small price.
