The interaction with store layout, products available, and staff was good. The problems include; not being told item on back order until after purchasing, after waiting two months for item it was delivered damaged and was returned, the next delivery was not done because the driver would not park his truck. The third delivery resulted in item being delivered and installed properly. Very pleased with the appliance but issues with delivery unpleasant. I would go to the store to look at appliances on display but probably would not make a purchase.

We were pleased with the knowledge of the sales staff and their prices are competitive with Home Depot and Best Buy.

Went to Bray & Scarff a few months ago looking to buy a new range. First time I had set foot in one of their stores. What a pleasant surprise awaited me. The sales rep (Marlon) was nothing short of superb. Low-key, friendly, genuinely interested in us and our needs. Patiently explained all the options of the various models. And offered a very competitive price for the one we selected. Best of all: it had the model in stock when competitors wouldn't commit to an availability date other than "several months from now."
