Please explore other options if available in your area. I have had several issues with my overall experience since becoming a customer in June 2023. First, the technicians are very inconsistent in terms of dewebbing, spraying, and granulation. For 2 out of 3 visits, I've had to call them to send another technician out because of a poor job. For example, obvious cobwebs not removed, failure to evenly disperse granulated pellets, completing jobs in less than 10 minutes, etc. Second, only 24hrs notice when someone will be coming to complete a service (I prefer to be home while it's being done to ensure satisfaction with the job completed). Third, no show, with no explanation of why. I scheduled an attic inspection and no one showed up, I was eventually able to reschedule, but then they called me and canceled! I doubt anyone would have contacted me to reschedule if I didn't reach out. I've registered my concerns via technician review and voicemail expecting to hear from them and have not. I've called customer service and the agents are friendly, but I have doubts that my issues will work there way to the appropriate people so, I am sharing here. Finally, I don't believe their "organic" product actually does anything to control pests in any meaningful way. As of now, I don't plan to renew my contract once it ends and would caution you of using Moxie.

I received consultations from several company neighborhood canvassers, where I described *and* pointed out a particular nuisance insect that I would need controlled in order to give any consideration to a service contract. The Moxie canvasser was the surest (in words at least) that they could address that nuisance. But more importantly, they did a live video chat with company resources to identify the pest and then re-confirm that they could control it. Two things were noticeably different in comparison to others who had the same opportunity to gain my business. 1) They quickly *and* correctly identified the pest, unlike others; and 2) They expressed very high confidence that the issue would be addressed with a noticeable result, or I can cancel the service contract. I noticed an incredible improvement shortly following the first treatment. On subsequent visits, they are the first to check on that pest and ask many questions about what I've seen or not seen overall, and most often decide to treat for other seasonal pests that are not seen during the visit but expected to surface. So in summary, the family is now able to comfortable enjoy the patio after more than five years of being concerned with those teeny-tiny pests getting on us then into the house.

This company didn’t do the work and refused to cancel services, and were unreachable at the local office. They “faked” visits, in other words they showed up and left within 5 minutes. I have a 6000+ square foot house. When I tried to complain no one answered the phone or responded to emails after many, many attempts. I finally had to look up the corporate headquarters phone number in Utah. They refused to cancel and promised to send a manager for a repeat visit. When someone did come back, he was not a manager, just another tech and he didn’t know anything about my issue. I stood outside and watched him do the work and it took him over 45 minutes. He still couldn’t quite reach high places due to inferior equipment. When I still wanted to cancel because I was fed up, I couldn’t reach the guy I had to talked to in Utah, his phone number wasn’t working. The only way I could cancel for sure was to log into the website and delete my credit card. Even now I am not really sure they won’t try to charge me in the future. This company should be investigated for fraudulent business practices.
