Firm's response: We bent over backwards to solve this problem at our expense. We received zero help from the manufacturer. We carry $2,000,000 of liability insurance in case a problem occurs. NEVER did this customer contact us about reimbursement for damages. This is an incredibly vindictive complaint given our response. We have ALWAYS worked hard to please customers.
